Questions, answered.
Each generation uses credits based on the model tier and length. Higher-quality tiers and longer videos cost more, scripts use fewer credits than videos. The exact cost is shown before you generate, so there are no surprises.
Plan credits reset monthly on your billing date, so we recommend using what you need each month rather than stockpiling. Top-up credits stay valid for 90 days from the date you bought them and stack on top of your monthly allowance. Welcome credits expire 30 days after signup. Every credit grant shows its expiry date in your billing settings.
Yes. Cancel anytime from your billing settings. You will keep access until the end of your current billing period.
